All orders are carefully packaged for shipping and sent from our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders in South Africa, there is no minimum requirement. Local orders are shipped using CourierIT and tracked. Due to the current Covid-19 Lockdown, kindly expect delivery in 2-4 days.
We charge a subsidised flat rate of ZAR500 for any destination country. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination country and if so, we will communicate this to you. International orders are shipped using DHL and tracked. Shipping may take on average 5-10 business days depending on destination country. Please do also consult your own country policy with regard to incoming shipments during a Lockdown.
While we would love to make your order & shipping experience a seamless one and reduce any additional costs to you where possible, the buyer is responsible to pay any applicable duties, taxes and customs fees related to the import of your purchase to your destination country. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country.
To maintain strict hygiene protocol, we cannot accept returns and do not issue refunds on our products. We may offer a credit in certain circumstances.
