Shipping policy

Our primary concern is for the safety of our customers, staff & courier partners. Along with our courier partners, we implement strict hygiene protocol and extra precautionary measures to ensure your safety.

All orders are carefully packaged for shipping and sent from our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

SHIPPING IN SOUTH AFRICA

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of R500+.  For orders under R500, a Standard Shipping Fee of R100 will be charged at checkout. Kindly expect delivery in 1-2 days to major centres, 2-4 days to outlying areas, and 3-5 days during Sale periods, but we try our best to get your orders out as quick as possible!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on international orders over R2650 / EUR140 / USD162 / GBP121. For orders under these values, we charge a subsidised flat rate of R500 / EUR26 / USD30 / GBP22 to any destination country. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination country and if so, we will communicate this to you. International orders are shipped using DHL or Fedex and tracking information is sent to you. Shipping may take on average 4-8 business days depending on destination country.

CUSTOMS TAXES

While we would love to make your order & shipping experience a seamless one and reduce any additional costs to you where possible, the buyer is responsible to pay any applicable duties, taxes and customs fees related to the import of your purchase to your destination country.  We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country.
